I requested a parcel to be picked up from my work address to be dropped off at my home. 6 Junction ave Parktown to 631 Gladiolus str Reiger Park. The driver then decided to deviate off the route and go to Alberton for his own personal stuff. The original charge for the trip was R133. Uber then reversed this and charged me R152, which includes the extra km for the detour as well as Toll fees. They are now stating they charged me as originally quoted and are not adressing the driver detour. This is very poor service as the and I demand a full refund
