Uber *******

I called an uber for a colleague. I paid the fee. I was informed that my colleague was dropped off 5 minutes from pick up as the driver told her her home was too far away. I was refunded after complaining an amount of R50. So have been ********** by still having paid R150 for a trip that never happened and my colleague had to get on a bus to get home carrying heavy parcels. Got no help even after speaking to an agent and e.mailing.
