Uber Rip-Off

I booked a trip on Uber Go from Glencairn to Bellville and the driver Nicholas said he was on his way, but he then cancelled. I tried 3 other drivers but they also cancelled. In desperation I then decided to pay the extra and book Uber X and lo and behold the first driver Nicholas accepted the trip at over R100 more. Uber are ripping the public off as this has happened to me on several previous occasions. They are basically advertising a service that is unusable.
