Uber Rio off

Be very weary of Uber. I had R500 taken off my account for a trip that didn’t even show up on my trip history. When querying the situation I was told that due to privacy policies they could not give me information of the trip, how does that even work? Happy to take my money, refuse to refund it and refuse to give me any info, suggesting I take it up with my bank instead. Shame on you Uber Cape Town Head Office thought you were more reputable than that !
