Uber rides support not assisting

My son left a laptop during an Uber ride on the 10th Feb at 22:47 from the Cape Town Intl Airport to 1 Homeria Rd. On the Uber app the driver's name was Washington Tiyani with car registration CF326883. My son contacted Uber support about this matter but they are not assisting him.
