UBER RIDES IS DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT

The last time I used Uber rides was on the 12th of February and I paid by card,to my surprise an amount of R99,99 was taken from my account on the 5th of March and I just ignored it,today in the the morning the 5th of April the same amount has been deducted again,it's like a debit order but how,I don't know.I have tried to call Customer care but I'm just not getting thorough.
