Uber rides / eats a ****

I have no relationship with Uber , I've never received the best of service even when I tried to use it years back Uber deducts R50 monthly from my bank account for over a year now, not sure if according to them if this suppose to be a ride or food I'm recieving however I don't even have their app

Been trying to call their offices & every time I am told someone will get back to me .... I want deductions to stop & want all my money they've been taking without my permission & without any service
