Uber ride's Card Payment ******* and quick money making scheme

Im so frustrated at the Uber for taking my account for a joy ride, On the 25Th Dec I requested a ride but the driver named Emmanuel[KD49NTGP] didn't arrive he was standing at one place for almost an hour so I had to cancel my trip and uber debited the money from my account for that trip, I tried for the 2nd time requesting a ride but no cars were available and that trip too was cancelled yet again money was debited. Amount debited for each trip on the 25th Dec was R218.00 .On the 27 Dec I requested a ride but I was debited twice for that ride with amount R44.00 for each ride. I am so not happy with Uber ride's service and would advice people not to use uber's card payment. Its just a *******
