Uber rides

NEVER and I mean NEVER think Uber drivers or their app is honest. Well NEVER as well put your bank card details ther, why well here's why: first when booking your trip they debit your account e.g R50 of which they MUSK as "holding fee". They then after the trip concludes later in the day debit your account again e.g R75 as "trip adjustment fee"! If you do not query this of which most of the time they never have valid reason for they pay back the money.question is how many people don't query these additional amounts? R25 × 25000 customers =R 625 000 easy money means good business but actually robbing people blind. Secondly: if you oder with cash their drivers would now cancel the trip as if they never actually were there especially if you requesting for someone, if a trip is canceled you are charged R10 cancelation fee of which many don't query once that is done another e.g R10 X R25000 people =R250 000, again easy money whilst robbing people blind.so be careful when using their app and check your account. Many people are not aware because next time you order the ride it's going to tell you about R10 you owe for a ride you canceled and you won't remember and just pay because at that time you in a rush and want to get somewhere. I am not sure if anyone in the NCR Or consumer commission can look into this business.what they are doing is wrong together with their drivers!
