UBER RIDERS *****STERS AND FNB NOT HELPING ME

Hi everyone i never had such a bad luck in my life recently ***** was committed in my account amounts been deducted without my consent why i check on my fnb app the party which was taking my money refer as uber rides i contact them via their help on their account they didnt help with anything they just gave me excuses which its the second time which its happening even Fnb takes me from one pillar to another while I ask them to get my money back
