Uber Ride Feedback

I used Uber last night, and my driver was Senzo Vincent, arriving in a White Hyundai Grand i10 (MS47ZMGP). During the trip, the music in the car was extremely loud. The driver was playing maskandi music at a very high volume, which made it difficult for me to continue my phone call.

This is not the first time I’ve had this experience—several Uber drivers have played loud maskandi music during my rides. As passengers, we value a relaxed and peaceful ride, especially when we’ve requested Uber for convenience and safety. I personally rely on Uber at night since I don’t drive after dark, and it has always been my preferred form of transportation.

However, experiences like this make me hesitant to request another ride, as I worry I’ll again be forced to sit through loud music for the entire trip home. I kindly ask that this issue be raised and addressed, so passengers can enjoy a more considerate and comfortable ride.

I have recorded the sound level during the trip and can provide the details of other drivers who have done the same.
