UBER Ride

I requested a ride to 2nd Ave, Alexandra on Friday the 10th of September 2021 at 18H03 which the amount was R54,00. The lady asked me when she had arrived if she can request another one for me and I was in a rush so I said no it’s fine I’ll change the location to the Midrand Gautrain station in Midrand and the ride was R15,00 which means I was suppose to be refunded R39,00 and I was never refunded that money back.

It wasn’t even a cash trip the took it from my card. This isn’t a good service at all.
