Uber refuses to refund me.

I requested a ride Sunday Night 09 January 2022, and paid with my card I then cancelled my ride but still to date I haven’t received my refund, they keep telling me about some technical issues but no one is assisting me, I tweeted about it yesterday and they took it to the DM’s and said they would assist but to my surprise there was nothing they assisted with. Uber is really getting to my nerves because of it isn’t the ride drivers it’s another issue.
