UBER REFUSES TO REFUND AFTER OVERCHARGING!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I requested an Uber package using a scooter as the item was very small, their app gave me a car pick up instead of the cheaper option for a smaller scooter which was charging a fee of R84 but at the end of the trip I paid R203. I sent an email and they offered me R6 in return for the inconvenience and basically robbing me of my money. The agents are condescending in their tone on the emails I’ve decided to deal with the matter legally from our firm. Not because of the money but the principle of being fair and not having misleading information on the apps yet taking peoples money. It’s not the first time Uber does this. People must watch when paying with card. They take advantage and escalate the payment.
