UBER REFUSES TO HONOUR FREE RIDE PROMOTION OR REFUND COS THEY ALREADY PAID DRIVERS THEY SAY

I qualify for the current promotion of 3 rides paid and 1 free and after querying why after 20 trips my free rides weren't activating I was told to send screenshots about the promo I was talking about. then after multiple screenshots, was toldthe promo is open via invite only, despite the website saying otherwise. 20 emails later, I was told I was supposed to query it sooner but nothing can be done because the drivers were already paid in the last cycle. then another 20 emails they credited one R22 ride taken 3 weeks ago. Then I got told my account was reviewed twice and they could see all the trips I took and that they now see that none of my free rides activated. The email basically ended with 'pity you didn't contact us sooner' nothing can be done. Seriously? After 854 confirmed trips in my personal capacity with Uber, this is how they decide to deal with their customers....
