Uber refuse to refund my money for a ride that never happened

I want to make a complaint! Uber debited my account twice!!! Drivers kept accepting and canceling my request trip this is not my fault that stupid drivers accept trips they not going to do, I was charged R239 which was for a ride that a driver cancelled and I was charged R314 for the driver that took me home, Uber only refunds me R10 cancellation fee why are they not refunding my R239 I AM NOT HAPPY can Hello Peter please help me get my money back!!!!! Pathetic!!!!!!!!
