Uber refund

Good Day,

I've had many instances when my ride was cancelled.or times out. Funds were reserved and its been over 30 days and I have over R2000 pending on my card due to all these failed attempts. I have zero proof of these trips as it does not reflect as Driver Cancellations. How do.i get my funds back?
