Uber Reap Off

On the 30th October 2026, I was at Protea Glen Mall and I request an Uber. Protea glen Mall has one spot of collecting it's customers which is near post office. This driver went to other side of the mall near Roots when he explain his whereabouts and already he's charging me waiting fee and I asked him to cancel this trip and I will request another one, mind you he charged me R19 for cancelation 🤔I complained to Uber and they insist that I must pay that R19 Who's Fault is that when the got lost? I send them emails from the 30th and they decided to answer me today, asking me my full names, my email, my cellphone number, my last four digits of my card and last 2 trips information. I did that but still they insist I must pay the trip/driver Who got lost, didn't pitch up, sorry I can't do that. Pls Hello Peter intervene and solve this issue for.
