Uber ******* ... Read before you reserve a trip

This has become a total *******!! I had to get to Cape Town Airport at 0450 and was worried that no Uber will operate at that time of the morning. A friend told me about Uber Reserve so I tried it and hey presto everything worked perfectly.

Until I got the invoice.

The quoted fare for the trip was R234. Nowhere at any stage was there ever a mention of a "reservation fee".

When I received the invoice I saw that Uber charged me R116 for the pleasure of reserving a ride (50% added to the fare) ... simply added!!!

Goodbye Uber ... Never ever again will I use you.
