Uber queries resolved quick and efficiently

Hi,

I had an issue with an overcharge on my account. The driver never closed my trip. I requested an investigation into the matter. Explaining the situation, I received a response within the day, the response was not to my satisfaction and so I requested that they review my trip and what I actually booked with Uber, they came back to me within the hour and it was resolved. Uber customer service really is Uber.

This all done from their very user friendly app. I love using Uber for short trips.
