Uber quality has gone down

Most of the normal uber cars stink and dirty and the drivers sleep in the cars and it stinks even further. Not happy and with a constant uber user, I now must use uber black and pay more? Uber South Africa really needs to step up as it does not meet the international standards, and its getting worse. I asked the uber driver why is his car cleaned and he just ok whatever... really disappointing
