UBER protects Hackers and *******

I havr tried for a solid 4 days to resolve a *****ulent hack of my account. Someone starting ordering Uber Trips money deducted off my account. I queried as soon as the first debit happened and I was advised to turn off my online banking permission. This did not help 2 days later they cleared out my account. All UBER can tell me is that its done by someone called Praise cant give me any more information due to privacy!!! I must ask my family and friends who has used my account for UBER. The more I explain that I know no one by that name I have also never shared my account with anyone, I have never booked uber for anyone or ordered food for anyone else. They have protected the *****ster and literally told me to get on with it. All of which has been on line text communication, dont even think I am speaking to a real human, because there is NO ways they cannot understand what I have explicitly explained and provided screen grabs of my accounts deductions and my history activity on my uber account. This is SHOCKING, there is zero assistance, zero accountability. Why is hi account not barred from the app. I will tell every single person I meet that UBER will NOT help you... careful when you load your personal banking details on the uber app, becausenits accessible to ******* and UBER protects there privacy but NOT yours the lawful consumer.
