Uber Port Elizabeth - unreliable and out of date App

We are really having problems with booking Uber Rides in Port Elizabeth as the app does not always support the addresses we type in or is down - regardless of whether or not we put in the Street Address as well as the complex address and visa versa. When we do manage to get service though, it is quick and the drivers are very friendly with excellent driving s****s, which is why we are feeling let down. Unfortunately on four different occasions in the last month we have resorted to using Taxi Cabs which really defeats the object as we have now decided to use Uber when going out to lunch in order to be responsible citizens. Having searched for a customer contact number in order to contact Uber directly, I have come up blank as it would appear that Uber is now so successful it does not care about losing business and has put up an iron clad wall between it and it's clients.
