Uber poor service

I requested an Uber today (17 February 2020) at around 16h35. The pick-up point was clearly stated as Hatfield Gautrain Station (corner Grosvenor and Arcadia Street), when the driver "arrived" he told me to take a 7 minute walk from the Hatfield Gautrain Station to Protea Hotel in Burnett Street because they apparently don't pick up people at the Gautrain station, a fact I was not made aware off. Uber charged be R78 for a trip that I did not even use! I have screenshots of the whole conversation where the driver told me that the cancelation fee is my problem.
