Uber please do better

Yesterday I requested a ride, after waiting for too long I decided to cancel the ride, I expected to get a refund immediately but that didn't happen 🙃 on the App it keeps saying wait for 24hrs for payment to be processed... When you have an outstanding amount on your Uber app,it gets deducted as soon as you request a ride or oder food. Also this is happening now for the second time, I requested a ride then the ride hot cancelled I didn't get the full amount back only have and the message read, wait for your bank to process the refund which never happened. I love Uber but I'm really not impressed with their service as of late.
