UBER PICK UP

I pre booked an Uber from OR Tambo to my house after a visit to UK. When I landed there was no Uber to pick me up. I am 73 and after an 11 hour flight I was tired and needed to get home. Unfortunately my friends and family were all working so I had to rely on Uber. I contacted the driver who said he had another pick up and was still 26 minutes away. I waited another 10 minutes and still saw he was 26 minutes away indicating her had not moved at all. I contacted him again and he asked if I wanted to cancel. I eventually did cancel and found another driver to take me homewhich cost me significantly more. Uber charged me a cancelation fee and I have a reserved amount on my bank account for the actual fee. I'll check whether in fact they put that payment through as well as the cancelation fee. I will never ever use Uber again and certainly would not recommend them
