Uber people are *******!!!!!

Uber is truly very frustrating when it comes to customer service, this is the second time that a family member has left their phone in the car and not get any assistance from them. My husband mistakenly left his iphone in the drivers car, and everytime we try to call to get through, there is no ways of communicating with anyone. We cannot retrieve the drivers contact number, we have logged the complaint on the App and not even to get a reference number or response about the query. Can someone please help us locate this driver so he can return the phone
