Uber pathetic Service

Shocking and pathetic service , ordered a trip few hours prior for 1145 departure to catch a flight 30 min before pick up I get a text that driver cancelled , Uber connecting with another driver , eventually I get a driver scheduled to arrive 15 minutes after departure and Uber has the audacity to already debit my account ... I had to take my car and now park at airport at great expense Then I get another charge for cancelling the trip ... as if I could wait for them to find a driver ... only to arrive at airport and see several Uber drivers waiting for collecting , I guess it’s better to wait at airport for the fare than collect from home .. Now they all lost a Double trip but I am stuck with airport parking My lesson is that you can’t trust and rely on Uber if it’s important... very disappointing
