Uber Pass ****

I have suddenly noticed that Uber is debited R99.00 off my credit card monthly. This was not authorised. When I email them they keep telling me they cannot refund the money but I can cancel the subscription going forward. I did not sign up for this and they have advised me telephonically that this is for "Uber Pass' which is automatically levied to your account as a member. How dare Uber just take money and hope you don't notice it, and when you do they refuse to refund! *****, *****, *****, this is totally *******!!!
