Uber parcel theft

I'm was very disappointed with Uber Sending Package service. I sent a package with Uber, the driver Collin with a white Suzuki Espresso collected the parcel, but never delivered it to the client. I tried calling him through the app, 3 times and every time disconnected the call. After three times the app didn’t allow me to call him anymore. I reported him to Uber and their response was that they'll try get hold of him within 24 hours. 24 hours has now passed and still haven't heard anything from either Uber, nor the driver and my parcel has not been returned to me. Please stay away from this service, it was a deliberate theft and Uber says they don't take responsibility for things like this. Please be aware of this. I lost the money I paid for the delivery and the parcel.
