Uber package theft, be careful.

I sent a parcel via Uber package and the package was ****** and never arrived at its destination. Uber is unwilling to assist and don't even understand that I was not in the vehicle as I requested a s****** to do the delivery. You can't even get hold of them as they have a query request section on their app and all they do is put your query into a loop hoping you forget about it. They keep telling me to contact the s****** driver to retrieve my item. There aftersales service is completely useless. This happened more than three weeks ago. I would recommend getting a professional courier if you wish to send a package as they at least have proper customer query departments.
