Uber package theft

Booked an uber package on Thursday (19th) The driver, Oceania nonhlanhla, was completely unprofessional and rude when she couldn't find the address. Explained where to go, 3 doors down, was told 'that's not how it works '. Canceled the trip but she still collected the parcel from my business partner. Contacted uber immediately after that, 5 days later and I still don't have my parcel. Uber keeps telling me that the driver has my number and will be in contact with me. This is absolutely ridiculous. She stole my stock worth over R2500
