Uber package stole my package and uber isnt doing anything about it.

Uber package driver stole my packager, I sent a package for delivery on the 20th of November and the driver Chakanetsa plate number KT94NY GP didn't call the recipient then decided to ***** my package. I've been reporting this matter to uber and they have not done anything about it to this day.
