Uber Package - Package ******

I used the Uber package function on the 25th of November 2024. I wanted to get my spare car keys delivered to my apartment from my mom's house (about a 30 minute trip). A driver by the name of Samuel picked up the spare keys from my mom's house at 13:01 and supposedly dropped them off at 13:41. Though, I waited for the delivery and it never came. I double checked and asked the guards at the complex and they never received anything. It is the 28th of November and I still don't know what has happened. Uber has been terrible at assisting us and this is a serious situation because we were getting car keys delivered. Our only next step is to file a theft report to get some sort of resolve. The call help function on the app does not work and there is no helpline. I had to unnecessarily get a locksmith to unlock my car because my spare keys are still with the uber driver.
