Uber Package Driver took my parcel

The driver says he dropped off the parcel but he has not delivered I called my wife and she has not received it. I even called security and no parcel was received. This happened last month, I logged a complaint on the app but I still have not received feedback. So the driver got away with my parcel and no one cares.
