Uber package driver stole my package and uber is not helping!

I am appalled by how completely useless the Uber support team is.

I sent a parcel via uber package and a driver STOLE my package in December 2023. I have been seeking assistance from Uber ever since. They just send me automated messages.

How hard is it to locate a driver that is working on your platform and ask him to return the parcel! Why can't you block him from working and *****ing other customer packages!
