Uber Package Delivery Failure

I ordered an Uber package delivery yesterday 16 February around 11 in the morning. The driver picked up the package but never delivered it.

I contacted Customer Support and they confirmed that the driver has an undelivered package. I gave them permission to provide him with my numbers to arrange a return.

The driver never contacted me and the package is still with him. Customer Support keeps giving me automated responses saying that they're waiting for the driver's response. It has now been over 24 hours and one has provided assistance!!
