Uber package delivery can not be trusted

It's been 3 weeks since we sent an email to Uber regarding our trip where the items were not delivered. Uber has no direct number which we can contact, Uber does not check emails. I think they protecting their drivers because we have been trying to get help but it's now 3 weeks nothing. I have the registration number time and pictures of the driver!
