UBER PACKAGE ****** BY DELIVERY DRIVER

I sent a package worth R200 and the delivery fee was R64. The driver refused to deliver my package and did not bring my items back. Uber is liable for the delivery fee and items lost I want a refund this is my business. I CANT BELIEVE THIS. And this is UBERS FAULT you employ just anyone without doing proper checks you will refund me my full total
