Uber overcharging clients deliberately.

This morning I request a trip, my card gets charged,ride never happens. Uber does not process my refund. I then again request a ride a few minutes later I get charged again R101, iam sitting at home right now, I then get charged R130 for the same trip, while the refund for my cancelation has not been reversed. This is absolute nonsense I want my money back I had no idea such a company would literally rob me.
