Uber overcharges.

I was charged R300 by Uber for a R50 trip! These people are ******! I requested an Uber package trip and was quoted R49, only for the final price to be 5times that because the driver was busy driving around for 90 minutes! I'd heard from a friend that they do this sometimes if you have card as your payment method but I laughed it off and thought it was ridiculous and now it's happened to me. I send a message to Uber support, didn't get a response, only for them to just deduct the money from my account without my permission before anyone had even looked into this matter! This is outrageous! If there's anyone who can assist where does one make an official complaint against Uber? This has to be theft of some kind, you can't overcharge people like this!
