Uber overcharged

It is impoossible to contact Uber on the App. My husband ordered an Uber on 8.9.2018 at 05.36. We were incorrectly charged a waiting fee. The driver in fact had difficulty in finding the house so why were we charged when in fact we were the ones waiting for the driver! How does one email Uber as there is no way to contact them - extremely frustrating.
