Uber overcharge on rides

Every time I request a ride, they deduct from my account the amount stated. Then when the ride is over, the amount is all of a sudden much higher than the initial request. This has happened so many times before. They are *****ing extra from the people. Thus service is useless and adds no value. I will not use them anymore. They never apologize for the over billing, just say it's not their fault. Useless company this. Not worth the effort. Bolt is much better
