Uber overcharge.

I am very disapointed with uber, a few weeks back i ordered food online using my uber eats profile, i later realised that i did not have funds in my bank account but the order still went through and i had an outstanding fee of R121 on my uber eats profile, a week later i requested a cash trip which charged me R119 but at the of the trip the driver noted that i have a balance on my profile that i need to pay with the trip because uber ride and uber eats fall under one profile, fine i pay the R119 for the ride plus the R121 that was outstanding for uber eats to the driver. In total i paid R240 which was supposed to leave my profile with no outstanding fees, but till today the app says i owe R121, how is that possible if i have paid all the cash to driver. I have been in contact with uber support on a daily basis but i am still not getting any help regarding this matter.
