Uber overcharge

I have an unexplained charge that was not related to a trip on Friday, 13th December 2019 I have raised the query on the Uber website and called Uber' toll free line and was told this would be investigated and I will be called in 24 hours. Still no call I expect this to be rectified and refunded ASAP!
