Uber over charging trips

This company is completely useless and ***** from there clients, my girlfriend and i went to a cancer function and were having drinks so used uber instead of driving 3 days later we get charged R1000 cleaning fee with no proof of anything happening. I have logged complaints with uber multiple times and nothing has been done.. i do not recommend using them for anything i have never delt with such an *********** company in my life and not only do they steel money from clients they will not help in any way with drivers taking advantage of there clients, They have no email or phone number to contact anybody in management
