Uber Over Charge

I requested Uber on Sunday, the 04th of Septemeber 2016. I drove with driver, Plaswell, he is driving a white Chevrolet Aveo Sedan. As we got to my work place the amount on his phone was R102.00, I told him that I normally pay between R77.00 and R80.00, I have never paid R102.00 as the route is always the same. He then argued, we sat in his car outside my workplace for almost 15 minutes and he said that I need to pay what is reflecting on his phone. I have advised him that I will only pay the R77.00 as he is over charging and he cant explain the extra cost. I paid him and got out of the car, as I approached the gate to enter the work premises he got out of the car and ran after me and grabbed my bag as he felt that he need to take something as I short paid him. We wrestled and he let go however still ran after me till we got to the entrance. He again grabbed my bag and I defended myself as he was holding onto it. The security came out and that was when he followed us into the work place and demanded that I pay him the extra R25.00. After arguing in our reception area I gave him the R102.00 as he told me that he will not leave unless I pay him. I have received a notification from Uber (see the attachment) on my phone stating that the trip was R77.00 and not R102.00. He was gone by the time I got the notification. I am extremely disturbed by his behaviour to firstly follow me and secondly to grab my bag which contain my personal belongings. I would like Uber to take the necessary steps with this driver and I would like feedback in writing as to what was done about this incident. I will never make use of the Service again as I felt unsafe/ scared and is traumatised by the driver's behaviour. I will tell my friends, family and collegues about the incident and I will ensure that they do not make use of your Services. Not only did I pay more than what I was supposed to but the fact that he went as far as following me into my work place and had the audacity to grab my bag. I will make people aware of how your drivers treat their customers and I will post it on Social media and Hellopeter. I am also opening a case to report him as we have camera footage of what transpired at my workplace. I am awaiting your reply.
