Uber operator Shepherd car registration NSI 011GP

We called the service of uber and a guy by the name provided came to fetch us at around 3 am we were from church service. When the guy arrived he was drunk and you could smell alcohol ,he was rude and unprofessional to the point that he asked us to cancel the trip of which we told him that since we had used card payment we could be charged, but he could not listen and he just drove off. That is very bad for uber service
