Uber One = Uber ************

Uber automatically signed me up for a subscription I never opted into, deducted R500 from my account without permission and without warning. Had my bank reverse the charge successfully, however support won't reverse the membership charges and the app now demands payment of these dues since I unwittingly had benefit of their membership service. Support as useful as a fifth wheel on a donkey going as far as to blame me for their ************ behaviour.

Now I can't use the service without payment demands for something I never wanted. You can't even delete your account because you now "owe them".
