Uber one membership

Yesterday)12/08/2025 orderd and somehow I was charged for an uber one membership I didn’t sign up for. They first took an amount of R50 then took two amounts of R500 one after another . This morning I received only the refund of r500 and I’ve been trying to contact them but no reply
